  2. Create a fund at OEF for specific educational needs or projects of your choosing. You have the option of starting either a non-endowed fund, which would be used over a period of years, or an Endowment fund, which will live beyond your lifetime in your name or in honor or in memory of a loved one, alumnus or faculty member.
