Scioto Ridge 5th graders took part in a fun challenge to learn all about economics thanks to a grant from the Olentangy Education Foundation. Using the funds, teacher Lynn Shirk brought in Challenge Island, an award-winning STEAM program, to lead two engaging, on-site field trip experiences. 

The Olentangy Education Foundation (OEF), an educational foundation supporting enhanced experiences for students across all Olentangy schools, announced it has awarded a record number of educator grants for the next school year. 

Inclusive, meaningful art experiences are now more accessible for elementary students across Olentangy Schools thanks to an Olentangy Education Foundation (OEF) grant supporting Specialized Learning Center (SLC) students in the art room.
