The Olentangy Education Foundation (OEF) invites you to “link up” in our mission to support and promote academic excellence in Olentangy schools. StaffLink is a direct payroll deduction program that will provide teachers and staff with an opportunity to contribute directly to the Olentangy Education Foundation.

The Olentangy Education Foundation is a volunteer group of community members who raise private funds to award teacher grants for innovative education programs that are not funded by the school district’s budget. Each year, OEF also funds scholarships for two seniors from each high school. Since 2001 over $400,000 has been distributed by OEF. Through StaffLink, OEF’s goal is to expand the number of teacher grants awarded. By considering a payroll deduction of as little as $2.00 per pay period, you can help to achieve this goal. We thank you in advance for your support, but most of all we appreciate everything that you do to deliver academic excellence to Olentangy students.

Benefits of enrolling in StaffLink payroll deduction program include:

  • 100% of your tax deductible donation is returned directly to teachers, staff and students through OEF grants and scholarships.
  • All donors will be recognized in a special StaffLink section of the OEF web site.

To register online, please follow these simple steps by December 20, 2011. Payroll deduction will begin in January 2012.

  2. Open “Forms”
  3. Open “OEF Donation” Form
  4. Select “One Time” or “Payroll” to begin the process

Either selection can be done electronically simply by entering the dollar amount. One time donations may also be completed by check.
