We are pleased to present some new sponsor options for OEF. In the past, each major event (Golf Outing, Casino Night) has been approached separately from a sponsorship standpoint. In order to deliver more value and reduce administrative work for our sponsors, we now have options that cover both events, or you may continue to support single events as in the past.

Our next major event is the Spirit of Olentangy Casino Night on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the same location as last year (Bridgewater Conference Center in Powell). At the 2011 event, we had over 300 attendees representing the Olentangy Community, District Vendors, Contractors, and school staff and administration. It is a great event and we expect to grow by another 30%+ this year.

Below you will find a summary of the sponsor options, which for the first time includes the opportunity to have naming rights for OEF scholarships and grants, as well as a two year option at the highest levels. We can also work with you to customize a program to meet your needs.

Platinum Partnership: $10,000 Annual, $17,500 for 2 year commitment

includes the following:

  • Limited to only six distinguished sponsors (since there are 6 OEF scholarships)
  • Naming rights for one of the annual OEF scholarships during partnership period
  • Naming rights for one of the annual OEF grants during partnership
  • One foursome in annual golf outing
  • Admission for 12 to Casino Night plus drink tickets
  • Link/promotion in electronic newsletters
  • Company or family link on special partner web page
  • Top Billing in all event materials, announcements, press releases, signage and A/V presentations etc. for both events
  • Special Signage in “Hall of Sponsors” at Casino Night

Gold Sponsor: $5,000 Annual, $9,000 for 2 year commitment

includes the following:

  • Limited to only ten distinguished sponsors
  • Naming rights for one of the annual OEF grants during partnership period
  • One Foursome in annual golf outing OR admission for 10 to Casino Night plus drink tickets.
  • Top Billing (right under platinum) in all event materials, announcements, press releases, signage and A/V presentations etc. for both events.
  • Second level recognition of company/family on special partner web page
  • Special Signage in “Hall of Sponsors” at Casino Night

Silver Sponsor: $2,000 Annual, $3,600 for 2 year commitment

includes the following:

  • One Foursome in annual golf outing OR admission for 10 to Casino Night plus drink tickets and naming rights for one of the game tables.
  • Recognition (right under Gold) in all event materials, announcements, press releases, signage and A/V presentations etc. for the event they choose (golf or casino).

Bronze Sponsor: $1,000 Annual

includes the following:

  • One Foursome in annual golf outing OR admission for 8 to Casino Night plus drink tickets and naming rights for one of the game tables.
  • Hole Sponsor Sign if participating in golf OR signage in “Hall of Sponsors” at Casino Night.
  • Recognition in event program.

Pride Sponsor: $500 – Casino Night

includes the following:

  • Admission for 4 to Casino Night plus drink tickets and naming rights for one of the game tables.
  • Signage in “Hall of Sponsors” at Casino Night.
  • Recognition in event program.

Foundation Family Sponsor: $250

includes the following:

  • One player registration in annual golf outing OR two admissions to Casino Night plus drink tickets.
  • Recognition in event program.

Sign Sponsor For Either Golf Outing or Casino Night: $150

includes the following:

  • Sponsor sign at choice of Golf Outing OR Casino Night “Hall of Sponsors”
  • Recognition in event program.
